Presets cover the named NL commercial and US Checkout/card flows only, in EUR/USD respectively. They do not cover every PayPal product, custom agreement, refund, dispute, withdrawal or currency conversion. Changing currency requires a custom rate. PayRequest platform fees are not included.
Worked example
NL domestic commercial example: €100 × 3.4% + €0.35 = €3.75 in provider fees, leaving €96.25 before any other charges.
Fee = gross × percentage + fixed fee. Target gross = (target net + fixed fee) ÷ (1 − percentage). The target is rounded up to the next cent.
