PayRequest Bookkeeping currently supports Dutch bookkeeping in EUR on the invoice basis. It is a good fit if you already invoice through PayRequest and want purchases, payments and reports in the same account.
VAT returns are submitted separately. Payroll, automatic depreciation, multi-currency bookkeeping and XAF export are not included. CSV exports help you hand your records to an accountant.
The free bookkeeping rollout is intended to remove a separate monthly software bill. Accepting online payments is a separate service: the PayRequest Free plan has a 2% standard platform fee, capped at €25 per successful payment, plus provider fees. Paid plans and bank-connection terms are separate.
See plans and payment feesFree access is rolling out. The current bookkeeping beta requires a Business account. A Free signup does not give access to Bookkeeping yet.

The current ledger is designed for a Dutch administration in EUR using the invoice basis. An English or translated interface does not add another country’s tax rules.
