Stripe currencies: what can you charge?

Product price, buyer currency and payout currency
Your product currency sets the original price. Adaptive Pricing may offer an eligible buyer a converted price. Settlement currency determines the bank payout. Choosing AUD does not automatically eliminate conversion charges or make every local payment method available.
Decimal places and Stripe API units
Enter 900 for 9.00 AUD, but 9 for 9 JPY. JPY and KRW have no decimal places. ISK and UGX require whole customer amounts while Stripe API amounts retain two decimal places: 9 ISK is 900. HUF and TWD accept two-decimal charges even though payouts have different rules. Three-decimal charge currencies have additional Stripe precision rules.
Settlement depends on your account and bank
Fees depend on account country, payment method, card origin and conversion. Check Stripe pricing for your region. PayRequest Premium is €5/month and Business €20/month; active paid plans remove the standard platform payment fee. Digital products require Premium or Business. Provider fees remain separate.
