FAQ

Custom pricing, clearly explained

Will guests see a customer's negotiated price?

No. Guests and unassigned customers continue to see the regular catalog price. A customer must sign in and belong to the same business as the price list.

What happens when a customer matches several lists?

The active matching price list with the highest priority wins, so you can create a clear hierarchy for standard, partner, and exceptional agreements.

Can I set custom domain renewal prices?

Yes. Registration, renewal, and transfer can each have their own price. Any blank operation falls back to the regular TLD price.

Do existing subscriptions change when a list is disabled?

No. Existing subscriptions retain the recurring amount they accepted. New checkouts return to the regular price immediately.

Can I still use coupons or custom-field markups?

Yes. They remain separate. A price list changes the base product or domain price; coupons and custom-field adjustments apply through their own rules.
