How to create a payment link
Before being able to send a customer service payment link, you must first make sure you are signed up to PayRequest.
Once you are signed up and have logged into your account you can start sending and sharing payment links.
In order to send a payment link via a customer service chat head to your payment page. Here you can create your payment link by also selecting the amount to be paid.
How to send a payment link via a customer service chat
Once you have created your payment link, click on the customer service icon, and share it with your customer service chat.
Your customer will receive the payment link in the chat. They can then click on it to complete the payment immediately. Your customer can complete the payment with the payment method of their choice.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a notification.
You can also view the payment on your private dashboard.
