Yes, you can sell songs you made with Suno when the specific track qualifies for commercial use and you have the rights to everything you supplied. The strongest direct offer is not “an AI song.” It is a clearly identified track or bundle with a preview, useful audio files, a defined buyer license and proof of which commercial-use conditions applied when you created it.

Check Whether This Exact Suno Song Can Be Sold
Suno's current help says songs made while subscribed receive commercial-use rights and may be sold independently. Suno also warns that this does not guarantee copyright protection. Its September 2026 terms add important conditions: a commercial output must be an eligible download obtained through Suno's approved channel; Basic-tier output is non-commercial; remixes made through the specified remix feature remain non-commercial; and the user must have rights to uploaded material.

Commercial permission from a tool and copyright protection are different questions. In the United States, the Copyright Office's AI copyrightability report explains that copyright depends on human-authored expression, assessed case by case.
