2. Check the authorization window

Enter the deadline confirmed for the actual transaction. This planner does not request bank approval or extend a hold. Every date below is UTC; convert local booking times first.

Examples use a fictional seven-day deadline. Replace it with the actual confirmed deadline.

Complete all timestamps and non-negative hours. Authorization must be no later than arrival, checkout later than arrival, and expiry after authorization.

Agree the amount

Document what the security covers, the amount, payment mechanism and booking-channel permission.

Confirm the hold

A sent link is not an authorization. Check the live provider status, amount and actual deadline.

Inspect and decide

Review supported costs before a final capture, or release the unused authorization. The bank controls the visible balance update.
