Everything in one place
A real home for your membership.
Give members more than a payment confirmation. Give them a useful, welcoming space they can return to.
A welcome that feels personal
Greet new members with formatted text, helpful instructions and an optional YouTube or Vimeo video.
Content that stays organized
Group posts into clear sections such as tutorials, recipes, lessons or member resources.
Three levels of access
Publish for everyone, verified free members, or active paying members — post by post.
A free way to join
Let visitors confirm their email, become a free member and experience your Community before buying.
One clear place to start
Pin an announcement, challenge or start-here post above the rest of your library.
Conversations in context
Signed-in members can comment on every post their access level allows them to read.
Access managed automatically
Successful membership payments unlock your Community. Access ends when the membership does.
One Community, three doors
Let people experience your value before they pay.
Publish openly for discovery, ask for verified email access when a resource deserves a relationship, and reserve your complete system for paying members.
Free members keep the same customer profile when they upgrade. Their paid subscription simply unlocks the next level.

Pin the first action
Keep your most useful start-here post or announcement above newer content.

Community-first homepage
Lead with belonging, not a catalog.
Make Community the homepage of your payrequest.me link when membership is your main offer. Visitors see what they can achieve, what is waiting inside and how to join before they browse products.
On mobile, the paid join action stays available in a sticky bar while visitors explore. You can also hide the Community tab for a direct-link or invite-only experience without disabling the URL.
Always up to date
Payment status becomes access status.
No spreadsheets, invite lists or manual removals. Active and trial members get access. Cancelling members keep it until their paid period ends.

Frequently asked questions
Does Community use my existing Page design?
Yes. Your banner, avatar, theme, profile and navigation are reused automatically, so everything feels like one brand.
Can non-members read private posts?
No. Visitors can see a safe preview, but never the protected body. Free posts require a confirmed free or paid membership; paid posts require an active or trial subscription.
Can free members comment?
Yes. Signed-in free members can comment on public and free-member posts. Paid members can also comment on active-members-only posts.
How many posts can I pin?
One per PayRequest account. Pinning another published post replaces the current pin, and returning it to Draft removes the pin.
What happens if a member cancels?
They keep access through the period they already paid for. Community locks automatically when the subscription becomes inactive.
Do digital product purchases include access?
No. Community access comes from the connected membership. Purchased files remain available separately under My downloads.
