Step 2 of 4
Three ways to adjust your prices
Choose the increase method that fits your pricing strategy — whether it's a percentage bump for inflation, a fixed amount for cost pass-through, or a new unified price across the board.
Percentage increase
Increase by a percentage of the current price. Perfect for annual inflation adjustments that scale proportionally across all tiers.
Fixed amount
Add a flat euro amount to every subscription. Ideal for passing through specific cost increases like payment processing fees.
Set specific price
Override all selected subscriptions to one price. Use this when migrating customers to a new pricing tier or simplifying your plans.
Clean prices, automatically
After calculating the new price, apply smart rounding to keep amounts professional. Choose nearest, round-up, or round-down to EUR 0.50, EUR 1.00, or EUR 5.00.
Use round-up to EUR 1.00 for the cleanest pricing. Avoids awkward amounts like €21.37.
Control when prices take effect
Apply price changes on your terms — immediately for urgent corrections, on a specific date for annual adjustments, or at each subscription's next renewal for the smoothest customer experience.
Immediately
Price updates right away and takes effect on the next billing cycle. Best for urgent corrections or small adjustments.
On a specific date
Price changes on a future date you choose. Schedule your annual inflation adjustment months in advance.
At next renewal
Each subscription changes at its own next billing date. The most customer-friendly approach — no mid-cycle surprises.
Scheduled price increases are processed automatically every day at 04:45 AM, before billing runs at 05:00 AM.

Know the impact before you commit
Before executing any price change, review a full impact analysis. See current MRR, projected MRR, absolute increase, and percentage change — plus a per-subscription breakdown showing current price, new price, and the difference.
Current MRR
Total monthly recurring revenue from selected subscriptions
New MRR
Projected MRR after the price change
MRR Increase
Absolute euro increase in revenue
% Change
Overall percentage impact on your MRR
MRR normalizes all billing intervals: weekly ×4.33, quarterly ÷3, yearly ÷12.
Price cap protection
Set a maximum price to prevent subscriptions from exceeding a limit after the increase. A 10% increase with a €50 cap means a €48 subscription goes to €50 instead of €52.80.
Every change recorded
Every bulk price adjustment is logged in Bulk Action History. Track which subscriptions were affected, old and new prices, the method and rounding used, whether it was immediate or scheduled, and whether notifications were sent.
Four steps to updated pricing
The price adjustment wizard guides you through selecting subscriptions, configuring the increase, previewing the impact, and executing — all from the Bulk Actions page.
Select subscriptions
Choose which subscriptions to adjust — manually, by filtering with tags, or select all.
Configure the increase
Pick your method (percentage, fixed, or set price), rounding, price cap, schedule, and notification settings.
Preview the impact
Review every subscription's current and new price, plus MRR impact cards showing total revenue change.
Confirm and execute
Execute immediately or schedule for later. Scheduled changes apply automatically before the next billing run.
Common questions
Can I undo a price increase?
Immediately applied changes can be reverted by running another bulk action with a decrease. Scheduled increases that haven't been applied yet can be cancelled before the effective date.
What happens to cancelled subscriptions?
Scheduled increases are automatically skipped for subscriptions that are no longer active. The increase status is set to 'cancelled' and no change is applied.
Can I apply different rates to different groups?
Run the wizard multiple times with different selections. Use tags to organize subscriptions into groups for targeted adjustments.
