Report Abuse or Fraud
At PayRequest, we take security, fraud prevention, and compliance seriously. If you encounter a PayRequest payment link, invoice, or account that violates our Terms of Service, is involved in fraudulent activity, phishing, or operates from a sanctioned region, please report it below.
What happens after you report?
1. Review
Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report, typically within 2 business days. Urgent reports involving active fraud or phishing are prioritized.
2. Investigation
We investigate the reported link or account against our Terms of Service, including checks with the connected payment providers where relevant.
3. Action
Confirmed violations result in immediate suspension of the link or account. Where legally required, we report findings to payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement.
Not for payment disputes
This form is for abuse reports only. If you paid for a product you did not receive, or want a refund, contact the seller first — and if that fails, your payment provider or bank (chargeback). PayRequest does not hold funds and cannot reverse payments.
