PayRequest started in 2019 in the Netherlands as a simple payment link tool — send a link, get paid. No website needed.
But a pattern kept repeating. Agencies needed recurring invoices. Hosting providers wanted a client portal. Service businesses asked for deposit handling and automated reminders. They didn't need another payment processor — they needed billing automation.
