Reserve the guide’s time with a clear payment agreement.
For an illustrative €240 private tour, a 25% deposit means €60 now and €180 remaining. The deposit counts toward the tour price; it is not an extra booking charge.
Agree when and how the balance will be paid. Tracking a balance does not itself authorize a future card charge.

Group size and calendar capacity are different
A group of six can be one private reservation. Keep that slot exclusive to the party; do not set six simultaneous private bookings just because six guests are included.
Questions from independent guides
Do I need to build a website first?
No. You can present your tours on a hosted PayRequest page and share its link. If you already have a website, link visitors to your offers from there.
Does PayRequest bring travelers to my page?
This is a direct-booking and payment tool, not a travel marketplace. You bring the audience through your own website, social channels, referrals or other direct sources.
Can I combine private tours and shared departures?
Yes. State whether the price covers the private group or each participant, and match booking capacity to the offer. A private party reserves the guide; a shared departure has a set number of places.
Can travelers request a different route or language?
Yes. Use a custom request to collect the preferred date, party size, language and wishes. Agree availability, scope and total before asking for the required booking payment.
Can I take a deposit instead of the full price?
Yes. Choose a fixed or percentage deposit and show the total, payment due now and remaining balance. Agree separately when and how the balance will be paid.
Can I charge by the hour or quote for a whole group?
Yes. Choose the price unit that fits the service and state any minimum duration, included guests and extras. Use a quote when the itinerary or scope needs approval first.
Free is €0 with a 2% standard platform payment fee, capped at €25 per transaction. Premium is €5/month with 0% standard platform fees while active. Provider fees and commission-payment exceptions remain separate.
